1. Free Shipping Worldwide

We are pleased to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS with no minimum purchase required, both for United States customers and international destinations.

2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Our total delivery time includes Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Processing Time

Order Processing & Production: 1 – 3 business days
Since many of our items feature custom designs and high-definition printing, each product undergoes quality inspection before shipment.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

Please allow 24 – 48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
Sportidea™ is not responsible for any customs clearance charges or import duties incurred. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Packages

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
